Property Search

We take a detailed brief as to the type of property our clients wish to purchase and the areas they are keen to look in.

We then visit local agents on behalf of our clients and view any properties that seem to fit the brief. We are fully independent of all local agents and act exclusively for our clients. There are over 500 estate agents and Notaires in the Aveyron, most of who don't have websites. We guarantee to visit a suitable cross section of estate agents and Notaires to ensure as wide a search as possible.

We match all suitable properties to our client’s specified criteria. We then provide updates by phone and e-mail, including digital photos and independent comments. We then liaise by phone and e-mail to compile a suitable shortlist for viewing.

Clients receive a full report, including photographs and a virtual tour DVD, of the shortlist for viewing.

We arrange a viewing itinerary, including airport pick up, accommodation (if required) and accompany clients on all visits.

Naturally this thorough research and local knowledge allows clients to negotiate the best possible price on all purchases.

We can refer clients to our list of; UK based bilingual solicitors, English speaking Notaries, Architects, Builders and Foreign Exchange brokers. Aveyron Search & Service are totally independent of any agents and work solely for our clients.

By having a retained property expert on the spot our clients will be able to save both time and money as well as ensuring that they don't miss out on any suitable properties.

Fees

Registration Fee

A registration fee of 500 Euros is payable in advance. This is only refundable against the acquisition commission and is levied to ensure that we work only with clients fully committed to the idea of purchasing property.

Acquisition Commission

A commission of 2.5% of the purchase price of the property (subject to a minimum of 4000 Euros). This fee is payable at the signing of the 'Compromis de Vente'.

Additional Costs

Travel and general expenses are included in the above fees. Airport pick up and accommodation will be quoted separately and in advance.
