Property Management
We offer a range of Property Management Services to look after your property, offering regular inspections, gardening services, swimming pool maintenance and project management of local artisans.
Following prices relate to any properties within 30 kilometres of Villefranche de Rouergue.
For properties outside a 30 km radius of Villefranche de Rouergue, we will charge an additional one Euro per km.
The fee is payable in advance by monthly direct debit - monthly in advance.

Fees are payable monthly in advance and for properties outside a 30 km radius of Villefranche de Rouergue, we will charge an additional one Euro per km.
Extra Services (only provided if annual service purchased)
Mow Lawn – 25 Euros per time max .25 acre garden
Check in and out visitors – 35 Euros per return visit
Airing/heating before and after arrival – 35 Euros per return visit
Change bedding (include washing and ironing) – 25 Euros per bed
Provide food shop and put away(provisions cost plus) – 20 Euros per shop
Perform inventory check – 35 Euros per inventory (price may vary dependent on size of property)
Full Spring Clean - 250 Euros
Pool care – 35 Euros per hour
Extra One-Off Services
Pet Care – 210 Euros per week for daily 1 hour pet walk and feeding
Holiday cover - Charge of 120 Euros for first per week and 50 Euros per subsequent week to check the house weekly, collect mail and water plants. Includes return home clean.

We work solely on your behalf negotiating the best possible prices and we ensure that any work you have carried out is to the highest standard.
For this service we charge a 17.5% management fee.
