Inspection Tours

An inspection tour is a fantastic way to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase. This helps to take the worry and stress away from buying a property in a region you may not be completely familiar with.

We provide tours of the beautiful Aveyron countryside where you can soak up the atmosphere and find out what's involved in the whole process of buying, moving and settling in France.

All tours are researched beforehand to include details of the property market, local facilities such as schools, medical services and personalised local services and prettiest villages and beauty spots.

Our tours are personal, tailored, and on a one to one basis. We will organise an inspection tour according to your wishes and to cover your chosen area of interest.

Below is a guide to what can be included in a tour and our prices:

Normal Inspection Tour (450 Euros)

A full day tour, picking up at your accommodation, taking in Villefranche de Rouergue, Najac, Sauveterre de Rouergue and Belcastel.

Flying Visit Inspection Tour (550 Euros Rodez Airport – 700 Euros Toulouse Airport)

Inspection tour as above Normal Inspection Tour but with airport pick-up and drop-off.
