Our Property Appraisal Service is designed for those purchasers who do not wish to waste time and money viewing properties that do not meet their requirements.
We will carry out a viewing of any property on your behalf and provide a report with photographs and a virtual tour DVD giving our appraisal of the property and its surroundings.
The Property Appraisal Service report will help you to decide whether a personal viewing is worthwhile and will therefore save you time, expense, frustration and give you the relief at not having to say those ill-fated words –

Property Appraisal Service Fee

If you have seen a property that you would like us to appraise, we charge a Property Appraisal Service fee of 200E for each property viewed in the Aveyron inclusive of travel costs.

Viewing of properties further a field will be calculated according to any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure that we provide a professional service for which we will quote you.
